Our hardwood floors are harvested and milled in Wisconsin — 4 trees are replanted for every one that is cut. We use Kohler plumbing fixtures manufactured in Kohler, Wisconsin, rather than transport fixtures from overseas. Construction is underway for a 10-acre, 103-unit luxury apartment complex being developed in Fox Point by Milwaukee-based Mandel Group Inc.

Mandel Group recently raised $9.92 million in equity for the project, according to a regulatory filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Chiswick at Dunwood, located at North Port Washington Road and West Dunwood Road, is slated to open in early 2019. The development will consist of four buildings, all connected by underground parking, said Ian Martin of Mandel Group. Prices for the apartments will range from $1,600 to $4,000 per month, he said.
