Milwaukee developer Mandel Group Inc. bought a second large apartment community in the Des Moines, Iowa, area from Continental Properties, another local real estate firm.
Mandel on Monday announced its acquisition of the 160-unit Springs at Jordan Creek apartment community in West Des Moines. It follows Mandel’s late 2017 purchase of the 260-unit Springs of Waukee property in the same area.
