DoMUS, the latest residential addition to Milwaukee’s riverfront, completes one of the last remaining segments on the riverwalk’s east shore, providing continuity and access from downtown to Lake Michigan.
“As a result of this development the riverwalk system is now complete throughout the Historic Third Ward,” said Bob Monnat, chief operating officer of Mandel Group Inc., DoMUS’ developer. “The tax increment created by this and other developments along Erie Street allow for public amenities such as Trestle Park, which is underway on the old railroad abutment next door.”
