Mandel Group changed its proposal for an office-heavy riverside development in Walker’s Point, and its new $130 million vision has more apartments, some potentially with shared makerspace, and a hotel. Mandel’s new concepts for the land includes two office buildings between Water Street and the Milwaukee River, the centerpiece of its original 2016 pans for the area.
