Our multifamily concept plan for Pabst Farms apartments was inspired by the “mews house” concept, designed to leverage the large site acreage by creating intimate courtyards to offer immediate access to natural environs and encouraging pedestrian and resident interaction. Pabst Farms apartments has every advantage of being a suburban site - with ample green space and nearby public parks - but also offers access to several walkable community amenities including the YMCA, restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store. Our goal is to encourage an active and vibrant community by positioning the buildings in a manner that promotes walkability throughout the Pabst Farms community.

Through current and past developments, we have found that our residents desire living environments that go beyond the walls of one's individual apartment home. They seek out environments that encourage active lifestyles with proximity to nature and activities.
