Mandel, a 2022 Top Workplace and leader in residential property management, has an opening for a full-time property management Customer Account Manager working in Milwaukee, WI.
As the Customer Account Manager, you will focus on improving and maintaining the onsite accounting operations, including working on accounts receivable, collections, renewals, etc., for a set portfolio of communities. You will follow the proper Mandel accounting and management protocols, ensuring accuracy across the company. The Customer Account Manager is organized, detailed, and promotes business ethics and fairness in their management practices. Emphasis is placed on performing well in administrative functions for onsite property management accounting functions.
The position will require you to interact with residents, vendors, and all internal team members to ensure top-notch customer service and research of ledger questions. The ability to anticipate needs is a necessity.
Day-to-day duties may include:
Mandel is looking for a motivated, self-starter with prior experience with accounting administration work in residential property management. Prior experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Office365 and Excel, and other general office software and equipment is preferred. Prior experience using a property management software, such as Entrata or Yardi, required.
We are currently looking for someone available to work in person from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This is a full-time position and is benefits eligible.
