Mandel Group, Inc., voted Top Workplace 2022, is looking to fill a Part-Time Leasing Consultant position at an apartment community located in Fox Point, WI.

The Leasing Consultant will assist with the administrative duties (which may include rent collection) and leasing goals for the apartment community. A successful Leasing Consultant will enjoy a diverse set of job responsibilities, be able to handle and adapt easily to working with multiple deadlines, and pay close attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as being personable and a team player. Previous experience in residential, market rate property management and with Entrata is preferred for this position.

Day-to-Day Tasks of a Leasing Consultant:

  • Provide excellent customer service;
  • Lease apartments;
  • Assist with bill and invoice entry, as needed;
  • Draft new lease and renewal lease agreements;
  • Identify and implement creative programs for residents;
  • Provide knowledge of places of interest in the apartment community area;
  • Lead the social media marketing efforts;
  • Other tasks to assist in making the apartment community the best it can be.

Compensation and Benefits:
