Mandel Group, Inc. is searching for a full-time apartment Assistant Property Manager to complete our team at a community in Hales Corners, WI.
If you excel at customer service, are motivated and personable, can multi-task in a fast paced environment, and embody a professional demeanor, you’re a great fit for a role as a Leasing Consultant with Mandel Group! As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll handle a variety of tasks throughout the day and week, dabbling in sales, marketing and resident retention duties. You’ll work closely with the other office team members and maintenance staff to make each day amazing for your residents and ensure we’re providing the finest customer service possible. If you enjoy administrative duties, new challenges and love assisting prospective residents with finding a new home that suits their needs, a promotion or shift to an Assistant Property Manager may be perfect for you. Assistant Managers maintain the same job duties as Leasing Consultants, but also work on billing/invoice reconciliation and rent collection / management on site.
Previous sales experience and/or leasing is strongly preferred for the Leasing Consultant role. Prior leasing experience is required for an Assistant Manager. Both positions require strong computer skills. Please note that positions will require weekend shifts.
