Summer 2022 Property Management Internship

Students will work on-site during the three months shadowing and assisting each role of the business including Property & Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultants, and Maintenance Associates.

Mandel’s Internship Program for students seeking a bachelor’s degree in property management is a 12-week immersive experience to help students gain exposure to each aspect of Property Management. Students will work on-site during the three months shadowing and assisting each role of the business including Property & Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultants, and Maintenance Associates.  This temporary full-time position requires 40 hours a week with weekends and will consist of assisting with providing exceptional customer service, daily operations, administrative duties, owner’s goals, marketing initiatives, resident retention and property events.  Additional experiences include shadowing corporate jobs.

Mandel is seeking candidates willing to take on each unpredictable day with a smile and enthusiasm to show the “Mandel Difference” to our residents, prospects, and vendors!  This program is currently open to Juniors and Seniors in a Real Estate Property Management program. The Internship placement is available in Milwaukee and Minneapolis. Please note your 1st and 2nd location preference on the application.

This Summer 2022 Property Management Internship position has a base starting salary of $14/hour.
